Please try again later. This is only an activation key. I'm an IT guy and I had problems installing this. My initial attempt saw the installer failing with a strange error code and instructions to call a number in Australia from the UK - no thanks. I noticed a chat box so used that. I had then to install goToAssistCustomer probably shouldn't have. Anyway during the chat with an illiterate I was told I would need to install "security" as the illiterate put it.

There was going to be a charge for this. I said I didn't trust this and would revert to amazon. The conversation was terminated instantly. Had another go and everything worked fine including completely different web pages. If this was a scam how did they intervene at the start of the process?

If this rings true be careful. Do not buy this version of office, I've spent over 2 hours this evening trying to get this product to download, which took over an hour and a call to Microstoft and then install.

Once installed it would not accept the product key. Another call to Microsoft and an hour on the phone to India. Even after two hours, MS support gave up as they could not get the software working and are going to have to get someone from Technical to call me back. One person found this helpful.
